Stress is a response of an individual towards a threat
Stress isn’t always negative
Feelings of anxiety so may experience both somatic and cognitive effects
Eustress
Feeling of satisfaction and boosted confidence is a positive form of stress
Comes from when difficult challenge overcome (e.g. scoring last min goal winning match)
