what is the contingency anf situational approach
Situational approach believes a leader should adapt to the situation at hand. Contingency Theory believes the right leader should match the right situation

how can you see strategic leadership with culture
within the companies, values, beliefs, language and symbols. for example changing with the times (crusaders) (Lorsch (1986) in Slack and Parent, 2006)
