PLUS
Ceftriaxone - if gc
If urethritis goes on for >3 months

Ddx for epididymitisi
Trauma, torsion (surgical ER), tumor
Epididymitis and 35
35: consider choliforms, pseudomonas
Treatment for epididymitis if <35
Risk for STI
give ceftriaxone PLUS Dox (10-14 days!!)
