1st catch urine!
and mid-stream urine for culture
How do you treat urethritis?
Azithro OR DOx
PLUS
Ceftriaxone - if gc
If urethritis goes on for >3 months
Prostatitis
Ddx for epididymitisi
Trauma, torsion (surgical ER), tumor
Epididymitis and 35
35: consider choliforms, pseudomonas
