Ceftriaxone (Rocephin) 1 g IV q12h

-watery or mucous penile discharge
- one or both testicular pain or swelling
- burning urination

Diagnosis:
- first catch urine work positive NAAT
- urethral swab

Treatment:
Azithromycim 1g PO once
-Doxycycline 100mg PO every 12hrs for 7 days
