USDA Prime Steaks Info
Our steaks are USDA Prime, Midwestern Grain Fed. All steaks are wet aged a minimum of 21 days, are seasoned with Kosher Salt and coarse ground black pepper, brushed with clarified butter and served on hot plates with whole butter.
***The exception is the 49 day DRY Aged 14oz Prime Ribeye.

Only 3% of all beef in the US receives the designation of Prime, yet Snake River Farms far exceeds the standard therefore utilizing the Japanese marbling scale which accurately measures the marbling in Snake River beef.
- Wagyu/Angus- Adopted many aspects of the heritage-steeped Japanese feeding method which takes up to four times longer than traditional US cattle production methods. Results being extremely tender, and intensely flavorful.
- Berkshire Pork- also known as Kurobuta. A rare breed of pig originating from England. Features small, fine streaks of marbling that result in a sweet, tender, and juicy cut. Snake River Farms in one of the only brands offering. 100% purebred Berkshire pork.
