.25oz dragon fruit syrup
.25oz Monin Guava Puree
3/4oz Orange Juice
Combine all ingredients over ice. Shake and strain into rocks glass.
*Garnish with a dehydrated dragon fruit wheel

1.5oz Dos Hombres Mezcal
.75oz Guava puree
1oz Sweet n Sour
1oz Pineapple Juice

*Float soda
Shake all ingredients over ice and open pour into a highball glass and fill with soda.
*Garnish: Rosemary sprig
V&A Spritz
1.5oz Grey Goose 🍓/🍋grass
.5oz St Germain Elderflower
2oz Moscato
.5oz Lemon juice
*Shake ingredients not including Moscato.
Add dehydrated strawberries to bottom of red wine glass. Top with crushed ice.
Strain cocktail and add Moscato’s and splash soda.
*Garnish with lemon twist.
