1oz Distillery 209 GIN 1oz Campari 1oz Solerno Blood Orange Liquor *Stir and dump into bucket (highball)* Garnish w/ 2 orange spirals

3/4 oz cream
1/2 oz “Winter Syrup” (Anise, Clove, Cinnamon Simple Syrup)
Splash of Godiva Dark Chocolate Liqueur
Shake
Garnish with a floating chocolate round (chocolate biscuit)
Apple Mule
1 1/2 oz Tito's 1/2 oz Crown Royal Regal Apple 1/2 oz Lime Juice 1/2 oz Apple Cider Top with Ginger Beer 2 Dashes Angostura Bitters
*Mix first four ingredients in mixing glass with ice, strain into ice-packed copper mug, add 2 dashes Angostura Bitters and top-off with ginger beer. Garnish with apple slice and lime wedge.
New Fashioned
1 oz Crown Royal Reserve 1/2 oz Ciroc Amaretto 1/2 oz Orange Liqueur 1/4 oz Simple Syrup 3 Dashes Bitters
*Stirred with ice and strained into a Whiskey glass;
Garnish: Bruleed Orange Peel
Hot Buttered Rum
1 1/2 oz Tuaca
1 1/2 oz Rum Butter
*Mix ingredients in an Irish Coffee Mug and fill with hot water

1 1/2 oz Dewars White Label 3/4 oz Cherry Herring Liqueur 3/4 oz Sweet Vermouth 3/4 oz Lillet Blanc 3/4 oz Orange Juice
*Muddle 2 Luxardo Cherries in a mixing glass and add all ingredients. Shake vigorously with ice and double strain over ice into a highball glass.

Sazerac Smash

- 6 Mint Leaves
- 1 Barspoon Absinthe
- 1/2oz Simple Syrup
- 5 Dashes Peychaud’s Bitters
- 2oz Basil Hayden Rye
- Add cherries, mint and Absinthe to a shaker tin and muddle. Add remaining ingredients with ice and shake. Dump into highball glass and top with more ice.
- Garnish: rolled and spiked lemon twist with mint sprig
Añejo Old Fashioned

- 1/2oz Agave Nectar
- 2 dashes Barrel Aged Bitters
- Add all ingredients to a highball glass with sphere. Stir.
- Garnish: Grated Cinnamon

• 1oz Plantation Stiggin’s Pineapple Rum • 1oz Bayou Silver Rum • 1/2oz Bayou Satsuma Rum • 1/2oz Velvet Falernum • 1oz Lime Juice • 1oz Liber and Co. Passionfruit Syrup * 1/2oz Pineapple Juice • 2 dashes Angostura Bitters
- Add all ingredients to a Boston Shaker tin with ice and shake well. Strain into a Collins glass over ice.
- Garnish: Lime wheel and pineapple wedge
Black Barrel Whiskey Buck

- 2oz Jameson Black Barrel
- 3/4oz Rosas Lime Juice
- 1/2oz Rea’l Ginger Syrup
- 3 Dashes Angostura Bitters
- Float Ginger Ale
- Garnish with lime wedge
*Add all ingredients except Ginger ale to a Boston Shaker over ice and shake. Strain into highball glass over ice. Float ginger ale. Add lime wedge to rim of glass.

Cranberry and Cinnamon Whiskey Sour/ AKA Fall off ‘46

*Add all ingredients to a Boston Shaker over ice and shake. Pour into a highball glass over ice. Spear 3 cranberries atop cocktail.
***Cranberry/Cinnamon Syrup Instructions
•2 cups cranberries
•2 cups water
•2 cups sugar
•2 cinnamon sticks
*In a medium saucepan add ingredients and bring to a boil over Medium-High heat. Reduce and let simmer stirring occasionally until the cranberries have burst open and can easily be stirred into the syrup, resulting in a smooth consistency. Takes about 10 minuets. Once done, remove from heat. Fine strain all particles from syrup. Let cool and store.

*Stir all ingredients with hot water in an Irish Footed Coffee Mug rimmed with crushed white pepper candied pecans. Top with fresh grated nutmeg

*Add all ingredients to a mixing glass over ice and stir. Strain over an ice sphere in a highball glass. Cut a peel from an orange and flame the expressed oil over the cocktail then drop into glass.

*Shake and open pour into Tajin rimmed Collins

2oz Dos Hombres Mezcal
1/2oz Grand Marnier
1/2oz Brown Sugar Syrup
3oz Apple Cider
*Short/Quick Shake open pour into a highball glass with a cinnamon sugar rim and topped with a dehydrated apple wheel.
Bourbon Lyft
*Whiskey Lyft
2oz Yellow Rose Bourbon
3/4oz Kahlua
3/4oz Orgeat
1/2oz Brown Sugar Syrup
1oz Heavy Cream
*Shake and strain into a Collins glass with a long ice cube. Float coke.
Manuél
2oz Basil Hayden Dark Rye
1/2oz Averna
1/2oz Yellow Chartreuse
2 dash Orange Bitters
1 dash Angostura Bitters
*Stir all ingredients and strain into a large snifter. Garnish with a lemon peel
Lavender Lemontini
1 1/2oz Stoli Razz
3/4oz Violette
1/2oz St Germaine Elderflower
3 dash Sweet n Sour (3/4oz)
Shake and strain into tall martini glass.
Garnish with 2 floating raspberries.
Mezcal Rosemary Fizz
1.5oz Dos Hombres Mezcal
.75oz Guava puree
1oz Sweet n Sour
1oz Pineapple Juice
.75 Egg White
*Float soda
Shake all ingredients over ice and open pour into a highball glass and fill with soda.
*Garnish: Rosemary sprig
Lavender Cosmo

1.5 oz Lighthouse Gin
.5 oz Cointreau
1oz Cranberry Juice
1 Dash Sour Mix
2 pumps (1/2oz) Lavender Syrup
*Shake and strain into lavender sugar rimmed coupe
V&A Spritz

.5oz St Germain Elderflower
2oz Moscato
.5oz Lemon juice
*Shake ingredients not including Moscato.
Add dehydrated strawberries to bottom of red wine glass. Top with crushed ice.
