3 oz. Fresh Leoni Family Burrata served over slice of griddled rosemary focaccia, with chive oil, blistered tomatoes, and topped with micro basil
Garnished with aged balsamic vinegar, micro basil, salt and pepper.

3 Slices of Homemade Foccacia
Served with 1 Kalamata, 1 Red, 1 of each Green Olive, 3 Almonds, and 1 Pepadew, Butter

Steamed and Grilled Artichokes, brushed with butter salt and pepper
Topped with Parsley, and cracked black pepper. Served with remoulade
Jumbo Shrimp Cocktail
4-5 Jumbo Shrimp, served chilled over bibb lettuce
Served with remoulade and cocktail sauces for dipping and a lemon.
