Shiitake Lettuce Cups

Organic tofu & shiitake mushrooms stir-fried with jicama, cashews, teriyaki sauce, wok noodle sauce, and sambal. The dish is then topped with Asian herbs and sesame seeds as a garnish, and served with romaine hearts (6 pieces) on the side. Wok Noodle Sauce - Tamari, brown rice syrup, evaporated cane sugar, sambal, rice wine vinegar, sesame chili oil, cilantro, ginger, garlic, scallions.
Teriyaki Sauce - Pineapple, Fuji apples, ginger, green onion, orange juice, low sodium soy sauce, brown sugar.
Mark with share plates and a spoon.

Sambal is a hot sauce traditionally made with chili, garlic, vinegar, and other various ingredients.
The Asian herbs are a blend of fresh cilantro, Thai basil, and green onion.
Tamari is a gluten-free soy sauce alternative.
Kale Guacamole

Smashed avocado mixed with kale, cilantro, green onions, roasted poblano peppers, and grapefruit & orange segments, garnished with cilantro sprigs and roasted sunflower seeds, served with crispy pita chips

Wild Caught Albacore Tataki*

Lightly Seared wild caught albacore tuna served in a yuzu ponzu sauce, topped with fresh jalapeno, cilantro, green onions, jicama, and a yuzu avocado puree, garnished with sesame seeds.
- *Yuzu Ponzu**- Tamari, yuzu juice, honey, lemon juice.
- *Yuzu Avocado Puree**-Avocado, yuzu juice, lemon juice, kosher salt, extra virgin olive oil.
Mark with share plates.
Offer chopsticks.
Soy, Fish, OnionThe tuna is wild-caught in oceans around the world.
Yuzu is a Japanese citrus.
“Tataki” in Japanese means: fish prepared two ways.
Edamame Dumplings
Veg
Steamed dumplings, filled with an edamame farce (edamame beans, butter, cream, shallots, truffle oil), served in a dashi broth, and garnished with Asian herbs, toasted sesame seeds, and edamame beans.
Dashi Broth -Yellow onions, fennel, carrots, garlic, shiitake mushrooms, tamari, kombu, evaporated sugar cane. Mark with share plates and a spoon. Offer chopsticks.
Dairy, Eggs, Soy, Wheat, Garlic, Onion
Dashi is a flavorful broth made from dry seaweed (Kombu) & mushrooms.
Asian herbs are a mix of green onion, Thai basil, and cilantro.
Herb Hummus

Herb hummus topped with Persian cucumbers, cherry tomatoes, red onion, Kalamata olives, fresh herbs, feta, and lemon oregano dressing, served with grilled pita on the side.
Hummus- Garlic, cilantro, jalapeno, lemon juice, lime juice, garbanzo beans, tahini, extra virgin olive oil, cumin, cayenne pepper, kosher salt.
Lemon Oregano Dressing- Lemon juice, white balsamic vinegar, evaporated cane sugar, whole grain mustard, oregano, shallots, kosher salt, black pepper, grapeseed oil. Share plates and a spoon.
