Pizza Dough
V
Harvest king flour, all purpose flour, spelt flour, flax meal, yeast, evaporated cane sugar, kosher salt, extra virgin olive oil, and water.
We have a GF & Vegan option: flatbread from Venice Baking Company for our gluten-free pita, wrap, and pizza crust options.
WheatFlax seeds are a great source of fiber, Omega 3 Fatty Acids.
We use the pizza dough to make our pita bread and pita chips.
Butternut Squash

Hand-stretched artisan pizza dough baked with garlic puree, roasted butternut squash, kale, smoked onions, then topped with thyme, sage, lemon oil, dried cranberries, and vegan almond ricotta.Garlic Puree- Garlic, grapeseed oil, evaporated cane sugar, kosher salt.
Almond Ricotta - Soaked almonds, extra virgin olive oil, kosher salt.
GF: by substituting GF crust.

We make our vegan almond ricotta in house.
House-Made Chicken Sausage
Hand-stretched artisan pizza dough topped with tomato sauce, scamorza, roasted fennel, and house-made chicken sausage, garnished with herb mix & fresh grated grana padano.
Tomato Sauce- Garlic, extra virgin olive oil, organic DiNapoli tomatoes, oregano leaves, kosher salt.
Chicken Sausage-Skin on half chickens, chicken breast trim, EVOO, yellow onion, garlic, white wine, fennel seed, chili flakes, kosher salt, evaporated cane sugar, thyme, oregano.
GF: by substituting GF crust.

Grana padano is an Italian cow’s milk cheese similar to parmesan.
Scamorza is an Italian smoked mozzarella made from cow’s milk.
Roasted Brussels and Wild Mushroom

Taleggio is an Italian semi-soft cow’s milk cheese with a strong aroma, yet mild, slightly tangy flavor.
