Red onion, vine ripe tomatoes, Persian cucumbers, butter lettuce, and feta cheese tossed in a lemon oregano vinaigrette, avocado, tzatziki, served inside a gluten-free red quinoa & herb patty “bun” with herb hummus.

6 oz. House ground turkey burger (turkey breast, black pepper, caramelized onions, kosher salt), smoked gouda, butter lettuce, vine ripe tomatoes, and smashed avocado served on a toasted flax seed bun with mayonnaise and jalapeno remoulade.
Jalapeno Remoulade- Avocado, mayo, tomato paste, whole grain mustard, honey, sherry vinegar, nutritional yeast flakes, kosher salt, black pepper, jalapeno, red onion, garlic.

6 oz. Grass-fed beef ground in house, grana padano, roasted mushroom mix (shiitake, oyster, cremini), caramelized onions, fresh arugula, umami sauce, and mayo served on a toasted flax seed bun. Choice of side. Umami Sauce- Apple cider vinegar, lemon juice, tamari, nutritional yeast flakes, garlic, extra virgin olive oil.
