Limits the speed at which airplane can be trimmed nose up as speed approaches close to Min Maneuvering speed.

Pilot would need to maintain higher than normal force to maintain A/S less than Trim inhibit spd

Low Alt: Min VA (top of amber band)

High Alt: 10-20 kts lower than Min VA (top of amber band)

Trim will not be inhibited in a nose up direction,

No additional pressure is required to keep stall below Min VA
