2. Or set CLB SPD restrictions after ZFW entered
   or
3. USE HDG or TRK select
4. USING SPD Intervention only is useless because will = smaller bank only
5. USE derate TO/CLB

Locked: Eng Fire Stw can not be pulled and no Fire ext bottle is discharged.

Additional Step; Turn off ENG PRI pump, Land ASAP if fire is suspected or exits
