In the project environment analysis all possible stakeholders and their influence and attitude to the project are identified. What’s more, the expectations of the project are often different and possibly conflicting. From your analysis fields of actions can be derived.

• The target group analysis provides relevant information on the project participants and is helpful in recognizing possible resistance early on or using constructive forces.
