STAGES OF THE ATTACK

Question 1

 The Break In, Dog Fight and Break Out Pds consist of a series of attacks at various levels. The Prep and Conduct of these can be divided into three stages:

 Detailed preparation prior to the assault during The Break-In, The Dog-Fight And The Break-Out Periods
 This stage includes Planning, Deployment And Issue Orders
 Covers all action from the beginning till before crossing SL

THE ASSAULT STAGE

 Troops after crossing start line till over running Defs
 Assault stage may be divided into Phases if the Obj cannot be captured in the initial assault

THE REORGANIZATION STAGE

Answer 4

 Troops Reorg to consolidate their position and prepare to meet any possible Counter Attack having captured the Obj
