A meeting with a manager to examine the performance of an employee
Feedback, targets, strengths and weaknesses
3 stages of a performance appraisal
Worker and manager agree their targets for the year
During the year, training and resources are given to help meet targets
At the end of a year, they discuss how well the targets were met
