A

A

Capital- used to provide services or make other goods ie welding equipment
Consumer- go straight to the final customer
Split into consumables (get used up- pencils, tinned food) and consumer durables (last longer- TV)

A

We are getting wealthier so more money is being spent in the UK
There are less manufacturers in the UK as it is cheaper to produce abroad
