- Feet outside hip-width, toes turned out slightly
- Mid Stance
- Abs braced
- Lift the chest
- Hips sit back and down
- Push your knees through the center of the feet
- Butt stops just above knee line
- Knees track forward in line with toes
- Knees at 90-degree angle

WIDE-STANCE SQUAT
A
- Feet outside hip-width, heel-toe wider for Wide-Stance Squat, toes turned out slightly
- Brace the abs, chest lifted
- Hips sit back and down
- Knees push out to load the glutes and good alignment
- Push your knees through the center of the feet
- Butt stops jus above knee line
- Knees at 90-degrees
