- Chest to elbow level for range
- Core stays engaged
- Back long and straight

- Hands wide on the bar
- Target middle of the chest
- Brace abs, lower back towards the bench
- Draw the ribs down to create a great lifting position under the bar
- Elbows top of the bench for range
- Bar over shoulders (top position)
