Q

What is special about the nerve cell?

A
  • Axon (carries electric impulses)
  • Mylom (insulates axon which speeds up transmission of nerve impulses)
  • Synopses (allows impulse to pass from one cell to another
  • Denodires (increases surface area which allows new cells to connect easily)
