Infection of the middle ear, caused by bacteria from the nasopharynx traveling though the eustachian tube

columnar mechanoreceptor cells
What are two primary causes vertigo?
Overstimulation of the maculae in the utricle, or the cristae ampullaris of the semicircular canals
