People may want to arrive and leave when they choose so may still travel by car

They’ve been introduced at the Cairngorm Ski Resort to discourage tourists from bringing cars
How are the Car Parking fees effective? (money)
The money raised goes towards improving parking facilities
Negative of Car parking fees?
As the fee isn’t that expensive many people are happy to pay the fee and therefore it doesn’t discourage people from bringing their own cars
