What were the four categories of suicide he came up with?

A

Integration

Egoistic suicide - too little integration, not enough social bonds and people would not miss them

Altruistic suicide - too much integration, no life of their own and gain it back through suicide

Regulation

Anomic suicide - Little control over our lives (after dramatic economic and social change) results in suicide to regain power

Fatalistic suicide - Too much control in their lives, e.g. incarcerated people regain control by suicide
