Vespasian

A

(WAS VERY HARSH) Vespasian became emperor. He restored order, but he treated harshly anyone who opposed Roman rule. (who didn’t like the rules or his ideas) He also began the construction of the Colosseum, the huge amphitheater located in central Rome.
