criterion referenced questionnaire: level of participation, type of support currently required, and performance on school related tasks
scoring: basic level of criterion cutoff scores: scores falling below the cutoff point indicate a perf that does not meet expectations
advanced level scores from 0-100: indicating approp grade level functioning
population: elem school-aged children from kindergarten through 6th grade
