Those from a lower social classes used the internet less (81% were users as opposed to 94% of middle class people) lower social classes were seen to use it as for entertainment purposes where as middle class people used it for educational and to boost their knowleagesd purposes.

Underclass Claims that the underclass are lazy, workshy,immoral,criminal and depentant on benefits. He suggests ita there own fault they are in this position because they have a culture based on idleness,failure and criminality.

underclass Disagree with murrays and says that the underclass have the same values and attitudes as everyone else in society and most of them would love to work if they had the chance. He suggest that they feel a sense of shame that they can not provide for their families.
Underclass is made up of elderly, disabled, long-term sick etc
