What are the seven methods of training
Continuous, Fartlek, Circuit, Interval, Plyometric, Weight
What is continuos training
Continuous training is steady training. Your WHR will not be very high but will be in the target zone for aerobic fitness
What is Fartlek training
A method of training for runners where the terrain and speed are constantly changing
What is circuit training
A series of exercises completed for a certain amount of time/reps, after one another
What is interval training
Physical training involving alternating stages of high anf low intensity activity
What is plyometrics training
Exercies where muscles use maximum force in short intervals of time
What is weight training
Weight training involves shifting weight to increase the strength of the muscle using a program of exercises
