Run as much as you can for 12 minutes
Harvard step test

Step on a bench every 2 seconds for 5 minutes check pulse every minute
1 minute sit up test
Muscular endurance
Do sit ups for 1 minute and see how many you can do
Sit and reach test
Flexibility
Put legs straight and feet agains bench and see how far you can reach forward
Hand grip test
Strength
Grip the bar and see how hard you can squeeze it
1 minute press up test
Muscular endurance
Do press ups for 1 minute and see how many you can do
Vertical jump test
Power
Put chalk on your hands and see how high you can jump
Illinois agility test
Agility
Lie on your front and then run in and out of cones
30 meter sprint test
Speed
Run 30m as quick as possible
