Visual guidance
A demonstration shown in a video,picture,poster or images
Verbal guidance
Used before a demonstration or most likely along with a visual demonstration to explain in depth
Manual/mechanical
When the coach is in contact with the learner
Intrinsic feedback
Feedback that comes from the performer themselves
Extrinsic feedback
Comes from an outside source
Concurrent feedback
Feedback given at the time of the performance during the game
Terminal feedback
Given at the end of the game or performance
Open skill
Skills we need in competitive situations where the player has to keep adapting to the situation
Close skill
Skills done in a predictable environment where there not assed
Basic skill
A basic skill that should come naturally with little concentration
Complex skill
A complex skill needs the players complete attention
Low skill
Clear skills that have phases or parts that can be broken down
High skill
Has a lot of complicated phases or parts
