Cooper 12 minute run test

Run for 12 minutes around a course with 50 metre intervals

Use a hand grip dynamometer. With your strongest hand squeeze as tightly as possible

Perform as many press up in a minute

Perform as many sit ups in a minute

Run 30m as fast as possible
