Less likely to get injured and you are able to execute skills more efficientley

The percentage of body weight that is muscle, fat or bone.
Why is it important to have a healthy BMI (body mass index)
It will reduce your chances to get diseases such as diabetes
It will reduce strain on muscles bones and joints making you less injury prone
In order of relevance outline which of the health components of fitness are most important to nicholas jackson?
1) cardiovascular fitness - needs to constantly run around the pitch for 90 minutes to press and win the ball
2) body composition - needs to be lightweight so he can run quicker and without strain
3)muscular endurance - needs to be able to run for 90 minutes without getting worn out
4) flexibility - make him less injury prone and he will be able to perform skills better
5) muscular strength - to be able to hold up the ball and compete with defenders using his muscles
