Health is a state of complete emotional/psycological, physical and social well-being
What is fitness?
The ability to meet the demands of an environment
What is exercise?
Physical activity that maintain or improve health or fitness
Exercize is an activity that needs physical effort e.g. walking or cycling
What is performance?
How well a task is completed
Performance is the action or process of doing something
How can you improve health?
You can improve your health by taking part in exercise as it builds up fitness levels which enables you to perform better
How would a healthy active lifestyle benefit us mentally?
Psychological (Relieve or prevent stress or release seratonin)
Social (mix with others)
Physical(increase cardio vascular fitness)
How will a healthy active lifestyle benefit me physicaly?
Increase cardiovascular fitness
