A

1) Cardiovascular fitness a left back needs to be running up and down the line all the time meaning the need cardiovascular fitness to run for long periods of time
2) Flexibility a left back may need to make slide tackles or goal line clearances flexibility helps because you need to move your legs in positions that you may need to be flexible to do
3) Body composition for a player who is at left back you need speed having to much fat may slow you down not allowing you to run for long periods of time without getting tired
4) Muscular strength you need to be able to go into 50/50 being able to win challenges
5) Muscular endurance this is due to how left backs will not be needing to hold a resistance for a long period of time
