What is a soft tissue injury?
Joints are where two or more bones meet. They’re particularly prome to injury because movement outside of their normal range. They can be a tear or overstreched tendon ligaments muscles

What is a sprain injury?
A damadge to a ligament, most common in the ankle
How can sprain injuries occur?
Often occur when stretching to far past the normal range of a joint but also from a collision or fall
What is a strain injury?
A strain is a twist or a tear or overstretched muscle on tendon
How can a strain injury occur?
Tendons are imflamed due to overuse
What is a torn cartilage imjury?
Cartilage is a firm elastic substance which lines adjoining bones it absorbs the impact on the bones while reducing friction sports/activities

Wear and tear from long term overuse
