Health
Health is not as simple as just being well, health is a state of complete emotional/physcological, physical and social well- being.
Fitness
Fitness is the ability to meet the demands of the environment.
Exercise
Exercise is physical activity that maintains or improves health and fitness.

Performance is how well a task is completed.

Sedentary is lacking in physical activity

A disease cuased by lack of physical activity or sedentary lifestyle.

The ability to use voluntary muscles repeatedly without getting tired.
Flexibility
The range of motion in your joint.
Body Composition
The percentage of body weight that is muscle, fat or bone.

The ability to change position and control the body at speed.
Balance
Being able to keep the body stable while at rest or on the move.
Co-ordination
The ability to use two or more body parts together.

The ability to undertake strength performances quickly. It can be as.
