Leaves clean scar along failure - bedding plane

Vegetation holds rock together like terraces
Produces bare scar faces inbetween
(Like wedges of rock stacked on each other, slumping down)

A
Water channeled to saturate soil
Rills - eroded gullys (paths)
Lobes - deposition at the front edge
