A
Malar rash, discoid lupus, mouth ulcers, diffuse patchy alopecia
Raynaud’s phenomena
Seizures, CN abnormalities. Psychological abnormalities
Pericarditis, myocarditis, endocarditis, arterial and venous thrombosis
Arthritis, myalgia
Pancytopenia
Dysphagia, lupus peritonitis, mesenteric artery occlusion
Lupus nephritis

What is the management of SLE?
A
1st line - hydroxychloroquine, cyclophosphamide, mycophenolate mofetil, azathioprine
Adjuncts - NSAIDs, steroids, rituximab, IVIG, plasmapheresis
