Painful raised lesions on shins bilaterally

NO cause Drugs - sulphonamides, penicillin Oral contraceptive pill Sarcoidosis UC and chron's Microbiology - mycobacterium tuberculosis and group A beta haemolytic streptococci
Describe erythema multiforme
Target lesions on palms, soles and limbs
Describe Stevens-Johnson syndrome
Severe variant of erythema multiforme with fever and mucosal involvement
Due to hypersensitivity reaction to drugs - NSAIDs, allopurinol and antiepileptics
Describe erythema migrans
Initial small papule at site of tick bite
Develops into large erythematous ring with central fading lasting up to 3 months

Pink coalescent rings on trunk that come and go
Seen in rheumatic fever
