Difference between degenerative, inflammatory and neuropathic causes of joint pain

A

Degenerative - gelling of joints, aggravated by exercise
Inflammatory - morning stiffness over an hour, cardinal signs of inflammation, improved by exercise
Neuropathic - pain all over, no variation in stiffness
