Definition: The ability to use different parts of the body together smoothly and efficiently.

Definition: The combination of strength and speed to perform a movement.
Example: A sprinter exploding off the blocks at the start of a race.
e. Reaction Time
Definition: The time it takes to respond to a stimulus.
Example: A goalkeeper reacting to a penalty shot in soccer.
f. Speed
Definition: The ability to move quickly across the ground or move limbs rapidly.
Example: A swimmer sprinting through a 50-meter freestyle race.
