What is Nikolsky’s sign?
Nikolsky sign is a skin finding in which the top layers of the skin slip away from the lower layers when slightly rubbed

What is Auspitz sign?
The removal of a surface scale to reveal tiny bleeding points (dilated capillaries)

A skin condition develops in an area of skin trauma

Torsion of the hydatid of morgagni (Acute scrotum)
Soap Test
A soap test is done to find undescended testes. If negative then laparoscopic surgery is done to find testes.
Hutchinson’s sign
Vesicles on the tip of the nose, or vesicles on the side of the nose, precedes the development of ophthalmic herpes zoster.
