- either anterior or posterior mediastinum

hilar adenopathy (ST around left upper lobe bronchus)

Shifting Granuloma Sign
when granuloma (or other internal marker) moves with atelectasis changes - shows degree of collapse
Flat waist sign
flattening of the left heart border with left lower lobe collapse
S sign of Golden
right upper lobe collapse - convex inferior bulge with elevation of the minor fissure
