Samples - stool/blood
Treatment - antimicrobials? Supportive - fluids

Undercooked poultry

Symptoms of Campylobacter infection?
Abdo pain and cramps
Diarrhoea
Nausea
Colitis
acute complications of campylobacter GI infections ?
Cholecystitis
Peritonitis - dialysis
Rash - erythema nodosum
Pericarditis + myocarditis
Late complications of campylobacter GI infections ?
Reactive arthritis
Guilin-Barre syndrome

Usually supportive

Supportive
