A
Upper 2/3 - inferior thyroid artery
Lower 1/3 left gastric branch pf coeliac trunk .

What is the blood supply to the anus?
A
Above the pectinate line blood supply is the superior rectal artery, a branch of the inferior mesenteric artery.
Below the pectinate line, the blood supply is inferior rectal artery which is a branch of the internal iliac artery.

What is the nerve supply to the anus?
A
Above the pectinate line : sympathetic - inferior hypogastric plexus. Parasympathetic - s2,3,4
Below the pectinate line: inferior rectal nerve, a somatic nerve arising from the pudendal nerve
