A
  1. Hears appeals from decisions made by the National court.
  2. Review decisions made by the National court regarding matters which the law does not allow for appeals to be made.
  3. Give opinion or advice on proposed law.
  4. Develop rules of the underlying law.
    Enforce human rights as provided under the constitution.
