The comon law is a product of English legal system which were made by King Henry 2nd and his Judges. The common laws are deprived or orignated from the customary rules.

Statutory laws are laws enacted by the Parliament. These are written laws that supercedes the common law.

Distinguish differences between the Common law and Statute Law?

1. Common laws are unwritten laws and Statute laws are written laws.
2. Statute laws can be change, modify or repeal (deem over or delete) any part of the common law including the Acts of the Parliament.
