What is common law?
A
The comon law is a product of English legal system which were made by King Henry 2nd and his Judges. The common laws are deprived or orignated from the customary rules.

What is statutory law?
A
Statutory laws are laws enacted by the Parliament. These are written laws that supercedes the common law.

Distinguish differences between the Common law and Statute Law?
A
- Common laws are unwritten laws and Statute laws are written laws.
- Statute laws can be change, modify or repeal (deem over or delete) any part of the common law including the Acts of the Parliament.
