Name 4 Sources of LASER Energy
- Direct beam (right at you)
- Splash (shine it off a reflective surface)
- Aerosol scatter (off dust/clouds, etc)
- Port scatter (you can still see it even if it’s not shining at you)
What are the DIRCM Components?
- Detector system
* Turret cued to track missile
The key of CMDS (Countermeasure Dispensing System) operation is its integration with other DEWS components. Most CMDS have 3 modes of operation..what are they?
- Automatic
- Semi-automatic
- Manual
