Imposter syndrome?
Lack of self confidence, feeling as if you don’t belong where you are.
What are the two types of self confidence and their meaning?
Trait - Stable and natural confidence in yourself
State - Unstable and confident in certain situations
How is confidence presented ?
Inverted U theory
Optimum confidence level, if too much/overconfident performance decreases as confidence doesn’t account for lack of competence.
