A

a female dancer runs centre stage while the 3 other female dancers form a circle facing inwards, their hands on each other’s shoulder, bending forward slightly. How is the theme of rejection shown in this section?

A

Isolated man picks her up by the back of the skirt. She then looks at him and slaps him then skips away - shows themes of rejection and childlikeness. Also shows a hierarchy within the two isolated characters as he picks her up like a child and then she doesn’t want to be associated with him.
