A

Acceptable Use Policies (AUP) defines what users are able to do with the products that’s provided to them. This covers many topics such as the internet use, telephone use, computer use, mobile devices, etc.

A

Disaster recovery plan is a plan that covers in case a disaster occurs such as natural disasters, technology or system failures or human created disasters. This plan covers recovery locations, recovery methods, application restoration and the human resources required for the recovery plan.

A

Data Owner is responsible for specific data, often this is a senior officer. For example, the VP of Sales owns the customer relationship data, the Treasurer owns the financial information.
